Open 24 hours a day, the indoor pool is a refreshing year-round retreat, and especially fun for the kids in winter months. Water depth from 3 to 5 feet.

Our large indoor hot tub is spacious enough for the whole family to relax and unwind together after a busy day in Pigeon Forge. Water depth 4 feet.

Outdoor Pool

NEW WINTER WONDER LAGOON NOW OPEN!

Outdoor Pool hours 8am-12 Midnight

Our newest Christmas themed lagoon is open and will remain heated until October 31st. Come enjoy our Lazy Reindeer River, the Sleigh Ride Slide, or warm up in our Gumdrop Grotto. Our Candy Cane Cascades feature giant candy canes that shower down into our zero entry pool – perfect for young children.

Lush Courtyard with Pond

The beautifully landscaped grounds of the hotel are meticulously maintained by our staff, creating a peaceful oasis right on the parkway.

Hidden within our gardens and ponds is a state-of-the-art filtration system that ensures that water from The Inn at Christmas Place property flows into city drains at a lower rate and with greatly improved water quality.

The colorful plants and trees surrounding the water create a wonderfully peaceful environment for our guests’ enjoyment – many a quiet cup of coffee has been shared on one of the benches on the banks of the pond.

Open 6 am to 11 pm

Our fitness center offers cycling, treadmill, and elliptical workout equipment – to help rid you of a few of those vacation indulgences – or make room for more – before you head for home!

Business Center

Open 6 am to 10 pm

Guests traveling with their own computer can take advantage of free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, but if you didn’t bring your own, use the business center to check e-mail, print tickets or directions to area attractions, and stay connected.
