Welcome to the New Elf Rewards Program!
Our Elf Rewards program is unique only to The Inn at Christmas Place. Rewards can only be earned and used at our hotel.
How Does It Work?
- Earn Elf Rewards (starting with your second stay) every stay you book directly with the hotel, by phone or at www.innatchristmasplace.com, starting with your stay on or after January 1, 2018.
- Receive $10 in rewards credit for every $300 (pre-tax) spent at the hotel on a room stay at The Inn.
- Elf Rewards coupons are printed and handed to you on the day of departure.
- Coupons earned after your second and subsequent stays may be used for a future stay at the hotel.
- All current rewards and outstanding coupons have been retained In our new program.
- Rewards cannot be used on retail purchases.
- No rewards are earned on a stay booked through another booking site ( such as expedia.com, booking.com, tripadvisor.com, etc.) — you’ll want to always book directly through our website, www.innatchristmasplace.com, or by calling 865-868-0525 or 888-465-9644, to earn your Elf Rewards.
- Rewards for purchases at Christmas Place are earned and maintained in a separate store rewards account. As you continue to shop at Christmas Place, you’ll want to be sure to sign up for their rewards program, too; the store will NOT accept coupons issued by the hotel.
- Elf Rewards and printed coupons from The Inn at Christmas Place expire two (2) years from the date of issue.
