For the second year in a row, trivago.com has ranked The Inn at Christmas Place among the Top Ten 4-Star Hotels in the United States. The trivago awards span six categories: 3-Star, 4-Star, 5-Star, Alternative Accommodation, Value for Money, Chain Hotel. The hotels chosen for an award are those with exceptional service and guest experience. This award is the highest endorsement available from trivago. Aside from the national award, the Inn also scored in the Top Ten Value for Money in Tennessee as well as the Top Ten 4-Star Hotels in Tennessee.
Family Vacation Critic Favorite – 2017, #1 Hotel in the Southeast Region

The Inn at Christmas Place has been recognized for the third time by Family Vacation Critic, in 2017 as the #1 hotel for families in the Southeast region of the U.S., having been recommend by over 96% of families who stayed with us. Family Vacation Critic, TripAdvisor’s family travel site, has released its annual list of the best hotels for families in 15 regions across the globe. Every hotel on the list has met a strict list of family-specific criteria, having been highly-rated by family travelers and personally vetted by Family Vacation Critic’s team of family travel experts.

To be designated a Family Vacation Critic Favorite, hotels met the following criteria:
- Hotel must have been personally vetted and visited by a member of Family Vacation Critic’s team of hotel experts, and receive either a four- or five-star editorial rating.
- Hotel must have been recommended by 75% or more of families who have rated the property a four- or five-star review.

In the 15th year of the awards, TripAdvisor has highlighted the world’s top properties based on the millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from travelers around the globe.
Winners were identified in the categories of Top Hotels, Luxury, Bargain, Small, Service, B&Bs and Inns, Romance, and Family. The hallmarks of Travelers’ Choice hotels winners are remarkable service, value, and quality.

Chosen for their outstanding customer service, ranking, and performance, the trivago Awards 2017 recognize the 10 best properties in America in four different categories; 5-Star, 4-Star, 3-Star, and Alternative Accommodation.
With user ratings gathered from 34 hotel, booking, and review sites across the web, trivago has crafted a comprehensive, transparent, unbiased index for hotel ratings that we call the trivago Rating Index (tRI). A perfect tRI score is 100%, and is simply a compilation of all reviews and ratings of each property. Only the highest-rated hotels with prices on trivago.com and at least 150 tRI ratings and reviews made the lists.
